Before the tour

My hotel is in Boğazkent, what time will you pick me up in the morning?

Transfer time varies according to the distance of your hotel from the harbour. Pick-ups from remote areas such as Boğazkent usually start between 07:30 – 08:00.

How are the transfer minibuses? Are they comfortable?

All hotel transfers are made by 16-seater, air-conditioned and comfortable minibuses. Seating arrangement is adjusted according to your comfort.

How long does it take to reach the boat?

It depends on your location in the Antalya region. You can reach the harbour in about 45 minutes from Lara and 10 minutes from Kemer.

Is breakfast provided?

Yes. When you board the boat, you are offered a set breakfast consisting of packaged products. It includes cheese, butter, honey, jam, tahini-molasses, hazelnut cream and bread.

Is there a counselling service?

Yes. The boat crew provides information in English, Russian and Turkish. All announcements and directions are made in these three languages.

Is this boat pirate-themed?

Yes! The Gonster boat has Davy Jones’ face on the back. The interior and exterior design of the ship is decorated according to the pirate theme, which is especially exciting for children.

Is it possible to sunbathe on the boat?

Of course. There are exactly 100 sunbeds upstairs. They can be specially reserved for you if you inform us when booking.

Is it suitable for a non-swimmer?

Absolutely. Life jackets are provided and the stairs to the sea are quite safe. Our team helps those who do not know how to swim.

Is it possible to ride with a pram or wheelchair?

There is a ramp at the entrance to the boat, but it is not fully accessible because there are stairs in the interior areas. It is possible to bring a pram but there is limited mobility.

Do you need a museum card for Phaselis?

No, we don’t. There is no landing during the tour, only a swimming break in the bay. Since there is no entrance to the ancient city, there is no need for a museum card.

Is the music loud on the tour?

Music and animation are on the second floor. Those who want a quieter area can spend time comfortably downstairs or on the third floor.

Where are the swimming breaks?

There are swimming breaks in three different bays, Phaselis, Paradise Bay and Moonlight Bay. All of them are turquoise and intertwined with nature.

Is animation for children or adults?

There are separate contents for both children and adults. While there is a special playground and animations for children on the 1st floor, the foam party for adults is held on the 2nd floor.

Does the tour also take place in rainy weather?

The tour is not cancelled in light rainfall. However, if there is a storm or dangerous sea situation, it may be cancelled for your safety and you will be informed.

Is there space to change clothes?

Yes. There are 4 toilets and changing rooms on the boat. You can easily change clothes before swimming breaks.

During the tour

What time exactly does the boat leave?

Between 10:00 and 10:30, she leaves the harbour. The captain sets the time according to the arrival of all guests.

How many personnel work on the boat?

There is an experienced team of 15 people in total. They undertake the tasks of animation, counselling, kitchen and security.

How long is the swimming break in Phaselis Bay?

There is a swimming and resting time of about 1.5 hours. If you bring snorkel and sea goggles, you will enjoy it very much.

Where can I enjoy a panoramic view?

All floors offer 360-degree sea views, but the best view can be obtained from the upper floors.

When and where is the food served?

Lunch is served after the swimming break in Paradise Bay. It is prepared as an open buffet on the middle floor.

What's on the food menu?

Chicken in the oven, pasta with tomato sauce, bulgur pilaf, Russian salad, appetisers, salads and bread. There are also alternatives for vegetarians.

Are the drinks unlimited?

Yes, you can. During the day you can get unlimited coke, fanta, sprite, water and soda from the two bars on the boat. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the price.

Is there Wi-Fi on the boat?

No, there is no internet connection on the boat. A great opportunity to be alone with nature!

We'll have a guest with us, can we come back with him?

Of course, you can participate together by booking different days of the same tour. All services including transfer are also offered for your guest.

Is the sound of music disturbing during the day?

Music is generally moderate and active in the entertainment areas. There is a quiet, air-conditioned area downstairs where you can relax.

Can I stay on the boat during swimming breaks?

Of course. You don’t have to swim in the sea during swimming breaks. You can sunbathe, drink your coffee or take photos.

Where and how is the foam party held?

It takes place on the second floor of the boat. Entertainment is offered for about 1 hour with music, dance and foam.

Can I safely hand over my child to the animation team?

Animation. The animation team is specially assigned and experienced to take care of children. On the 1st floor, the playground is under constant surveillance.

Is the staircase to the sea comfortable?

Yes, they are. The stairs are wide and made of non-slip material. Also, the staff on the boat helps you during embarkation and disembarkation.

Can you smoke?

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited in closed areas.

After The Tour

What time does the tour end?

Return time to the harbour is around 16:00. Immediately afterwards, the transfer back to the hotels starts.

How long does it take to get back to the hotel?

It varies between 10 minutes and 1 hour depending on the location of your hotel. There may be slight differences according to the traffic situation.

Are the photos taken, can I buy them?

Yes, they do. The animation team takes photos throughout the day. At the end of the tour you can buy these photos by USB.

We had a lot of fun on the boat tour, where can we get information about your other tours?

After the tour, you can contact the hotel counsellors or our online system to get information about other tours offered to you.

What should I do in case of lost property?

After the boat returns to the harbour, the items not found are recorded. If you contact us, we will help you.

How can I make a reservation if I want to participate again?

You can rebook via our website or by phone. We give priority for repeat guests.

I want to bring my friends, is there a group discount?

Yes, we do. For groups of 6 people or more, we offer special discount options. Just specify at the time of booking.

Is there time for other activities after the tour?

The tour ends at 16:00 and arrival at the hotel is between 17:00 – 18:00. In the evening, it is possible to take short walks or participate in night tours.

Was it possible to do water sports or diving?

There are no activities such as diving on this tour, but you can make underwater observations using your own equipment during swimming breaks.

Are there food and beverage options available?

Yes, food is included in the tour package. However, drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available on the boat at an additional cost.

Can I go back to the bays we visited individually?

Phaselis Ancient City can be reached by land. Paradise and Moonlight bays can only be reached by boat.

Does the boat dock at the same harbour on the way back?

Yes, you go back to the port you boarded at the beginning of the tour. All transfers are organised from here.

How can I get in touch if I want to make another booking after the tour?

Guests who are satisfied after the tour usually want to make a reservation for the next day or another day of the holiday. You can easily re-book through our WhatsApp line or tour consultants at the hotel.

We liked Phaselis bay very much, is there a tour that only goes there?

Yes, we also have special tours organised only for the ancient city of Phaselis. It is offered in a separate concept for guests who want to experience history and sea together.
